What Our Venue Coordinator Does

Our Venue Coordinator is here to:

  • Provide a detailed walkthrough of the space before your event day

  • Unlock doors and and prepare the space for your vendors and your guests

  • Act as a liaison between your vendors and guests

  • Answer questions related to parking, restrooms, kitchen and bridal suite

  • Help facilitate the set-up of in-house items (tables, chairs, etc.) according to your agreed layout

  • Oversee the event timeline as it relates to venue policies and logistics

  • Troubleshoot venue-specific needs during the event (lighting, climate control, vendor arrivals, etc.)

  • Ensure the venue is clean, prepared, and ready before your arrival and all closing checklist items have been completed

What Our Venue Coordinator Is Not Responsible For

While our Venue Coordinator is an invaluable resource, they are not a substitute for a personal wedding or event planner. To set clear expectations, here’s what falls outside of their role:

  • Creating or managing your full wedding timeline

  • Handling décor, floral or food & beverage set-up or styling

  • Coordinating with outside vendors on details unrelated to the venue

  • Cueing the wedding party or officiant for ceremony entrances

  • Managing personal items, gifts, or event clean-up outside of venue responsibilities

  • Running errands, making design decisions, or handling rentals not provided by the venue

  • Providing rehearsal direction, ceremony coordination, or bridal party management

We strongly encourage couples to hire a wedding planner or day-of coordinator for hands-on support with these items, so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.
